Measurements and so on.

I had hoped that since I was unable to blog yesterday that someone would beat me to the punch and blog something.... oh well. Lead by example, right?
Stats:
Weight: 340
Waist: 49
Neck: 18
Chest: 55
Arms: 19.5
Hips: 56
Calves: 18
Ankles: 12
Pant Size: 24W


1st year long term goals:
Be able to hike Eagle's Point by reunion 2010. To go from weighing in at 340 to weighing in at 225.

1st short term goal:
Lose 10% of body weight by August 15, 2009. Bringing my weight down to 306 lbs.

2nd short term goal:
Lose 10% of body weight by November 1, 2009. Bringing my weight down to 276 lbs.

Things to do to accomplish these goals:
Monday: Yoga: Walk 2 miles: Elliptical 15 minutes: Strength training
Tuesday: Yoga: Walk 2 miles: Elliptical 15 minutes: Strength training
Wednesday: Walk 4 miles
Thursday: Yoga: Walk 2 miles: Elliptical 15 minutes: Strength training
Friday: Yoga: Walk 2 miles: Strength training
Saturday: Wild card day (mix it up for variety)
Sunday: REST
